摘要

以脱毒彩色马铃薯试管苗茎段为试材,采用4因素3水平正交设计法,研究了不同配方培养基处理对彩色马铃薯脱毒试管苗壮苗的影响。当脱毒试管苗培养到40 d时,对彩色马铃薯试管苗的株高、茎粗、有效茎节数、根数等壮苗形态指标进行方差分析,以期筛选出彩色马铃薯脱毒试管苗壮苗的最佳培养基。实验结果表明:处理5(MS+6-BA 0.25 mg/L+IBA 0.25 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L)是彩色马铃薯脱毒试管苗壮苗的最佳培养基。

Abstract

In this experiment processing coloured potatoes were selected as a testing materials.To study the effect on differenence medium of vigorous seedings of virus-free coloured potatoes plants inside test tube were in orthgonal design thogonal experiments of four factors and three levels.In order to select the best medium of vigorous seedlings of virus-free coloured potatoes plants inside test tube some elements were adjusted and made variance analysis based on the seedling height stem thick the number of stems and the number of roots after cultivate40days.The result showed that the best medium for growth of synthesized of virus-free coloured potatoes plants of inside test tube was MS+6-BA0.25mg/L+IBA0.01mg/L+sugar50g/L.
