摘要

以新陆早13号(常规棉)和新陆早43号(杂交棉)2个不同基因型棉花高产品种为试验材料,采用土柱栽培研究法,依据棉花生育期改变水氮供应时期及分配比例,分别设置4个水分、2个氮肥,共16个处理,研究水氮运筹方式对膜下滴灌棉花叶片衰老及产量和品质的影响。结果表明:氮肥基施比例高,有利于增强水分亏缺条件下叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性,从而提高叶片清除活性氧的能力,增强棉株抗逆性;在播前灌溉下,保证盛花期—吐絮期充足的水氮供应量,有利于提高生育中后期叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性,降低MDA含量,从而降低膜脂过氧化程度,增强细胞膜的稳定性,延缓叶片和植株的衰老,延长叶片功能期,提高单铃重,从而提高产量,并改善棉纤维品质。因此,膜下滴灌棉花水肥管理中,应充分重视播种前灌溉,利用膜下滴灌技术随水施肥的特点,适当的减少基施氮比例,增大生育中后期水氮的分配比例,以达到延缓植株衰老、延长叶片功能期,提高产量和改善品质的目的。

Abstract

In order to clarify the effects of irrigation and nitrogen application regimes on leaf senescence and yield and fiber quality of cotton, two genotypes of high-yield cotton cultivars were used with a soil column culture experiment. Four water and two nitrogen treatments were designed. The results showed that enhancing basal fertilizers increased the activities of SOD, POD and CAT of leaf under water deficit; thereby, eliminated free radicals and active oxygen, consequently, enhanced stress resistance. When sufficient water and nitrogen supply were restored after full flowering stage with adequate irrigation of pre-sowing, the activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased and MDA content reduced. Thus, lipid peroxidation was restrained and cell membrane stability was increased. As a result, the senescence of both leaf and plant were delayed and leaf function period was extended; consequently, the boll weight and in the end cotton yield was increased, and part of fiber quality was improved. Therefore, through the decrease of the allocation of water and nitrogen before the full flowering stage, together with the increase of the allocation of water and nitrogen during the middle and late growth stages with adequate irrigation of pre-sowing, the object of extending the active photosynthesis duration, increasing the yield and improving the fiber quality was achieved.
