以溴氰菊酯为分析对象,将一种新型的样品前处理技术—基质固相分散法(MSPD)应用于麻黄中的溴氰菊酯残留测定,建立了麻黄中溴氰菊酯残留量的检测方法,优化了MSPD法的实验条件及气相色谱条件。样品经MSPD处理后,不需要进一步净化就可直接用气相色谱检测;麻黄的三个添加水平回收率为83.4%98.3%,RSD为3.5%8.7%,该方法具有操作简便、净化效果好、适用性强的特点。
A newly developed sample pretreatment
technique,matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD),deltamethrin as analyte
and florisil as sorbent,was used to analyze deltamethrin residue in
Herbal Ephedrae,and the method was set up.The optimum conditions of MSPD
and GC-ECD were found.Under the MSPD conditions,no further cleanup was
necessary for subsequent gas chromatographic determination.The
recoveries of deltamethrin at three different determination levels were
between 83.4% and 98.3%.The relative standard deviations were from 3.5%
to 8.7%.The method is simple,expediently,and had high selectivity as
well.
